IMPEACH PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN RESOLUTION

CONSTITUTION PARTY NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Whereas the President of the United States, Joe Biden, by his own admission has committed an unconstitutional act and violated his oath of office and,

Whereas, from the transcript of President Biden's August 3rd Press Conference on the official White House website, when asked about the renter's eviction moratorium that expired July 31st, the president stated: " Any call for a moratorium based on the Supreme Court recent decision is likely to face obstacles. I've indicated to the CDC I'd like them to look at other alternatives than the one that is in existence, which the Court has declared they're not going to allow to continue." And during a follow up question a few minutes later the president stated: "... the courts made it clear that the existing moratorium was not constitutional; it wouldn't stand." and,

Whereas the Biden administration acting through the CDC, issued a 60 day extension of the renter's eviction moratorium later that same day on Tuesday, August 3rd.

Therefore, be it resolved that the Constitution Party's National Executive Committee strongly condemns this unconstitutional action by President Joe Biden and calls upon the U. S. Congress to immediately begin impeachment proceedings to remove the president from office for his failure to uphold his oath of office.
