Environmental, Social, and Governance Legislation

New ESG Legislation and Requirements

New ESG Legislation and Requirements ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) is a World Economic Forum driven theme and agenda.  For those of you who are unaware of the World Economic Forum, it is the organization driving current agendas; e.g., build back better.  “You will own nothing and be happy about it.” is the slogan used by the Word Economic Forum and their main agenda is a new world order.

One only has to listen to different politicians around the world to understand that the World Economic Forum has penetrated governments world-wide.  Klaus Schwab was bragging in a video found on a Rumble podcast about this very thing.  So one would rightly be concerned when facing any sort of agenda supported and driven by the World Economic Forum.

The EGS is not that new.  Last year, while mainstream media was cultivating panic through the pandemic, regulations were being introduced to support the EGS agenda.  It is unlikely EGS will pass any sort of legislation; however, as we have seen with the current administration, work-arounds are typically utilized by abusing bureaucratic offices.  In this particular case, EGS will be driven by the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission).

The function of the SEC is to “oversee securities exchanges, securities brokers and dealers, investment advisors, and mutual funds in an effort to promote fair dealing, the disclosure of important market information, and to prevent fraud”.
According to an article published in March of 2021 on the SEC site, these new regulations are not mandatory; however, businesses will be required to explain why they have not implemented them.  A rose by any other name…

So what are these ESG regulations?  According to the ESGToday Website, “require U.S. companies to provide information on climate risks facing their businesses, and plans to address those risks, along with metrics detailing the companies’ climate footprint including Scope 1, 2 and in some cases Scope 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions”.  That sounds responsible doesn’t it?

What the SEC and ESGToday fail to inform the public, is that these reports will be placed into a database and a “third party” will provide a rank for each company.  What does this mean?  It means investors and the public do not have actual documentation provided by the organizations to the third party that was used to assign their ranking.  There is no transparency.  Further, the criteria for ranking is not publicized, which leaves one questioning, “who will audit the third party for accuracy and fairness”?  Larger companies will continue to grow and profit, while smaller companies that are unable to assign the resources to the mitigation of negative ESG effects, will ultimately fail.

Further, according to a publication by Forbes in September of 2021, “a 2020 study from the Center for Retirement Research at Boston College found that “the evidence suggests…that social investing: 1) yields lower returns; and 2) is not effective at achieving social goals.”

Given the position of the World Economic Forum, it would be a small and easy step, to ensure the failure of specific business and organizations while ensuring the success of others in order to achieve whatever nefarious agenda it deems relevant to their current goals.

Nature Vs Nurture

Nature vs Nurture

It’s the age-old argument in psychology.  Many psychologists have argued both sides.  Whether our behavior is influenced by our environment or our genetic makeup is still debated today.

With so much focus on promoting LGBTQ+ and transgenderism in the classroom and on young children today, one begins to question why so many children are suddenly coming forward, expressing a wish to be recognized in a way that is not in alignment with our Creator’s design.  Is this truly a nature issue as the left would have us believe or is it a cultural issue; i.e., nurture?

Let’s focus for a moment, where we see these behaviors.  Large, metropolitan areas tend to provide “safe places”, dens if you will, for these lifestyles.  Rural communities, while providing the required protections by law in order to meet Title IX, tend to frown upon these lifestyles.  One only has to have a brief conversation with students in these smaller communities to understand that the lifestyle is less acceptable than it is in a larger community.  Statistically speaking, it is difficult; however, to discern an accurate accounting of this phenomena since the media has taken over the narrative.  That being the case, then how does one arrive at the above conclusion?  The answer is, unfortunately, exposure.  Having moved around between rural communities and lived in Chicago briefly, worked in corporate America and participated in committees with individuals across the globe, it quickly became apparent that the media and political narrative is not in alignment with reality.

Further, the number of those identifying as having unnatural sexual relations is vastly over-reported.  NYT reported in an article the population in rural communities is an average of 5%, while metropolitan areas are 3.5%.  In this community, after speaking with students, there is only 1 known individual who identifies as even being gay in one school out of over 500 students, while another school outside of this area calculated out to about 3%.  Despite these inconsistencies, the school still must convert all of their restrooms to accommodate or face loss of funding due to Title IX violations (despite the fact that TItle IX does not cover transgender at this date and time).  This is a brief sampling of what can be found in schools and should not be used to represent all schools; however, it is a benchmark in which to gain an understanding in the misalignment of reality.

When is the last time you heard about LGBTQ+ in the Amish community?  Now, some of you may say the Amish are outdated and gender-type their roles within the community, which goes against all equal rights movements we have realized between genders over the last few decades; however, their community works together like a well-oiled machine.  Women do, in fact, perform some of the tasks us English (that is what they call us)  would view as something only the men in the community do and vice versa.  The husbands love and respect their wives as a whole and are more than willing to lend a helping hand when she needs it and the wives are more than willing to step outside of their roles when their husbands need help with their work.  Both sexes of children are also introduced to both roles so they can fend for themselves if need be, but overall, the community sets certain expectations of both male and female members and when you have a conversation with them about it, it becomes clear that each and every one of them are happy with their role within the community.

What about third world countries and the global scale?  If you look at Statista, Asian countries tend to fall on the lower end of LGBTQ+ identification, while the US, Canada, and India are on the top end, to name a few.  Some third world countries do not seem to have any searchable statistics, and some countries have made it illegal altogether.
This leads one to believe that LGBTQ+ and transgenderism is a product of cultural influence and the nurture argument.  Our children are so easily influenced.  There is a meme going around that states something to the effect, “children are not transgender, they’re impressionable and allowing them to be transgender makes you guilty of child abuse”.  As children, they often fantasize about being the opposite sex for a myriad of reasons.  This is normal child development, but it does not mean that these children are transgender.  There is a reason our children are under our care and tutelage until the age of 18 and that is because they do not know what is best for them.  At 18, they are considered more responsible to care for themselves, even then, they often display negative and questionable behaviors only experience and wisdom would otherwise deter.  Food for thought.

As citizens of this party, your community, this state, and this country, we need to stand strong against this war on innocence.  Make your voices heard,  attend school board meetings, and write and also call your congressmen and remind them of Michigan Law 750.158 still on the books that stipulates unnatural sexual relations and sodomy are a felonious offense.  These people need to know that we are not going to continue to allow the perpetrators of injustice to continue pillaging our children’s innocence.

Impeach President Joe Biden

On August 12, 2021 the national Constitution Party Executive Committee unanimously passed the following resolution.

IMPEACH PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN RESOLUTION

CONSTITUTION PARTY NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Whereas the President of the United States, Joe Biden, by his own admission has committed an unconstitutional act and violated his oath of office and,

Whereas, from the transcript of President Biden's August 3rd Press Conference on the official White House website, when asked about the renter's eviction moratorium that expired July 31st, the president stated: " Any call for a moratorium based on the Supreme Court recent decision is likely to face obstacles. I've indicated to the CDC I'd like them to look at other alternatives than the one that is in existence, which the Court has declared they're not going to allow to continue." And during a follow up question a few minutes later the president stated: "... the courts made it clear that the existing moratorium was not constitutional; it wouldn't stand." and,

Whereas the Biden administration acting through the CDC, issued a 60 day extension of the renter's eviction moratorium later that same day on Tuesday, August 3rd.

Therefore, be it resolved that the Constitution Party's National Executive Committee strongly condemns this unconstitutional action by President Joe Biden and calls upon the U. S. Congress to immediately begin impeachment proceedings to remove the president from office for his failure to uphold his oath of office.

Why I Will NOT Take the Covid Vaccine

I continue to maintain that the Covid narrative is the biggest hoax in world history. I’ll say it straight out: Bill Gates, Anthony “Heil Hitler” Fauci, the CDC, WHO, the major medical industry, major pharmaceutical companies, the major media and the fear-mongering politicians in both major parties—as well as the cowardly statist pastors and churches who are embracing this phony narrative—are LYING to us about Covid. Why? They are ALL filled with a spirit of covetousness and are reaping huge financial rewards for their willingness to prostitute their professions for personal gain.

For example, how can medical professionals look the American people in the eye and tell us that the ubiquitous flu virus all but disappeared (coincidentally) as the coronavirus grew? And they tell us this with a straight face, no less. Anyone who could spout such a monstrous absurdity shouldn’t be trusted to leave the house, much less be a spokesman for medical science.

This is but one example of the hundreds of lies that the purveyors of the Covid fear-mongering narrative expect us to believe. And then they wonder why the people’s trust of the medical profession is now at an all-time low.

62% of Americans Want a Third Party

Your Desire + Your Vote = Your FREEDOM

A new Gallup study, released on February 15, 2021, revealed that support for a third political party is at an all time high according to Breitbart News.

"Elected Republicans and Democrats beware: According to a new study by Gallup, voters believe “parties do such a poor job representing the American people that a third party is needed.” In fact, just 33 percent of Americans believe the current political representatives are doing even an “adequate” job serving their most essential purpose. In an additional record, 50 percent of those polled call themselves independent voters, as opposed to members of either side."

This number is up about 10% from less than 10 years ago.  Americans are beginning to wake up to the lack of Good Governance offered by our recent and current elected officials.
